During your service

  1. The business day before your appointment you will receive a reminder phone call confirming your appointment. At this time (or the day before the appointment if your service is on a Monday) you will want to turn your aerator off the day before the technician's arrival so that the tank settles out.
  2. The day of the appointment the technician will call you when they are on their way to your property.
  3. Onsite the tech will usually back into your driveway, please make sure there is plenty of room for our truck to access the most efficient spot to pump your system from. (We try our best to stay on your driveway or the roadway, not using the yard to access the tank.)
  4. The technician will pump all compartments of the system unless otherwise instructed by the customer.
(Lift Stations will be assessed and pumped as needed.)
  5. At the conclusion of the service the technician will receive payment onsite (cash or check) or get an email address for secure invoicing (credit card), get a signature, and leave a copy of the work order with the customer.
  6. If you have a healthy system, we recommend running some loads of wash to assist in refilling your system to operating level as soon as possible.
  7. We recommend leaving your aerator in the off state for at least a week or until your system returns to that operating level.
  8. Some systems have components that need to be maintenance every 6-12 months. The company with the resources to perform that maintenance depends on your system, google is always a good resource for these representatives. If you need any guidance on this your technician or our office can direct you to the proper entity.
